Lunges: Lunges work your quadriceps, hamstrings, hips and butt. Lunges are one of the best bodyweight exercises for your legs.
Mountain climbers: Mountain Climbers are a killer exercise that works most of your muscles, targeting the triceps, chest, obliques, abdominals, quads, hamstrings and hip abductors.
tricep dips: dips are require a lot of strength to preform but again another great exercise for your chest and triceps
Plank: Planking is a tough exercise which requires core strength, planking works your abdominals, glutes, and obliques.
